Mozambique Sesame

Mozambique is a country in Africa and one of the world's major producers of sesame. Mozambican sesame is primarily grown in the northern provinces of Cabo Delgado, Nampula, and Niassa, among others. The quality of Mozambican sesame is also excellent due to the favorable growing conditions and climate for sesame. Most regions of Mozambique have a tropical and subtropical climate with suitable temperatures and abundant rainfall, resulting in full and aromatic sesame seeds with a great taste. Mozambican sesame is widely used in the production of various foods such as bread, pastries, salads, sauces, and can also be used to produce sesame paste and sesame oil. Additionally, Mozambican sesame is used in the fields of medicine and cosmetics.
