Urea
Urea is a commonly used synthetic fertilizer composed mainly of urea molecules with the chemical formula CO(NH2)2. Ordinary urea is a high-concentration nitrogen fertilizer with a nitrogen content typically around 46%, which provides the necessary nitrogen element for plant growth.
The main function of urea is to provide nitrogen, promoting plant growth and development. It increases the chlorophyll content of crops, enhances photosynthesis, and improves crop yield and quality. Ordinary urea can be widely used in the production of crops, fruit trees, vegetables, lawns, and other plants.
Characteristics: Urea is a white crystalline powder or granular substance that is soluble in water and alcohol, with a solubility in water of 100g/100ml. Urea is stable at room temperature, but decomposes easily at high temperatures.
Uses: It is mainly used as a fertilizer, but can also be used as an industrial raw material in organic synthesis, as well as in industries such as medicine, dyes, textiles, explosives, petroleum refining, printing and dyeing, and other industrial production.
Packaging: It is packaged in polypropylene woven bags lined with polyethylene film. The net weight of each bag is 25kg, 50kg, or 1000kg.
Storage and transportation:
1.Improper storage of urea can easily cause moisture absorption and clumping. The urea packaging bag must be kept intact before use. During transportation, it should be handled gently, protected from rain, and stored in a dry, well-ventilated place with a temperature below 20 degrees Celsius.
2.For large-scale storage, wooden frames should be used to elevate it by about 20 centimeters, leaving a gap of more than 50 centimeters between the top and the roof to facilitate ventilation and moisture removal. There should be a passage between the stacks for inspection and ventilation. At the same time, the stacking of urea should not be too high, as the pressure from the goods below for too long can cause clumping.
